Coaching in Organisations | Connection Management

Coaching in Organisations

When communication with employees, colleagues and customers succeeds, you do not think as much of it. The recipient understands you and you have succeeded. But what sort of coaching actually underlies the success? And what sort of coaching rarely succeeds? What is it that the talented coaches are able to do?

With this coaching education, you will make out the communication theoretical background for coaching in organisations. You will be taught how to communicate appreciatively and be dressed with a number of coaching techniques, which will enable you to render personal coaching. At the same time, you will gain an insight into the importance of speech.

After the coaching education, you will be able to – with success – assist employees, colleagues and customers in being serene, setting goals as well as finding solutions. The coaching course will strengthen the staff development and motivate employees, colleagues and customers at reaching their goals.

Examination and contents

The coaching education (Coaching in Organisations) falls under the academy profession programme “Management”. The Business Academy of Copenhagen ( is professionally and administratively responsible and provides the course according to the law on open education. The teachers are from KEA and Connection Management.

In order to document your competences, the internationally acknowledged education is completed with a concise assignment and an oral examination, which will grant you 10 ECTS-points.

We will take as our starting point challenges from everyday life, where you will also get through a number of practical exercises. In other words, you will be using the learning immediately and you will experience the effect.

The theory gone through and the practical exercises are thoroughly described in the curriculum as well as in the material, which you will get to keep. This will ensure that you will always be able to go back and retrieve concrete examples for the application in your everyday life.

The education and examination is acknowledged by the Danish Ministry of Education.
