At Prime Cargo A/S, we wanted to strengthen our international sales organisation, both by creating a common foundation and by focusing on our employees’ individual qualifications. We chose Connection Management A/S as a partner because of their experience with international organisations like ours. Together, we devised a programme to ensure that we across countries and cultures were able to present the same picture of our organisation. At the same time, however, we focused on the individual salesman and his development by creating a training passport, which was both relevant and related to his daily life.
