Sales Psychology at Connection Management

In connection with a change of job, one of my demands to my new employer was that I wanted more on sales technique.

On the first day of the course, I became quite stunned when I realised how comprehensive the course really is, and I thought: “I will not be able to do this”” – I have to add that, by and large, I have not handed in anything written or orally for the last 20 years.

As the course progressed, I was more and more drawn into the world of sales psychology, and I really wish to thank you for teaching me so many theories and techniques.

In my daily work as a Key Account Manager, I find it difficult today to see how I would have been able to fill the position, if I had not had the education in my tool box – actually, I will go as far as claiming that everyone who are involved in sale ought to have this education.

Yes, it has been tough!! And I have really been studying, examined and discussed with my surrounding to an extent where one should almost think it a lie – my family has been guinea pigs in many of the theories, so I have also had the time to laugh.

I know that I am the one who has performed but still, I ought to thank you for a fantastic education.
