Competency development which heightens the bottom line

When choosing a business partner for our educational course, we wanted to emphasise a preceding knowledge of the trade, tested methodologies and tools adapted to our world and not least, the right distribution between training and theory. In close cooperation with Connection Management, GlaxoSmithKline has developed a two year educational course targeted GlaxoSmithKline’s pharmaceutical consultants in Northern Europe. The goal is to develop and strengthen the competences of the pharmaceutical consultants for future challenges in a dynamic and competitive market.
